Description
This is an original acrylic painting of a dormouse, hanging on a branch of a tree.
I have painted on a canvas board using acrylic paints to paint the foreground, mixing various greens together. To paint the dormouse I used acrylic paints and pens, the pens were used for the smaller and more precise details, the eyes were drawn in using a black ink pen.
All the flowers were loosely painted on with acrylic paints.
I have framed the canvas board, which I believe enhances the art as opposed to just putting the canvas board up on the wall, which can also be achieved by buying no nails picture hanging strips, just simply take the canvas board out of the frame. The frame was bought on Amazon, the colour of the frame is Oak and the company name is Alison Kingsgate, this has wall hanging hooks or can be simply placed on a sideboard, window sill or wherever you choose.
The art will be posted second class via Royal Mail, the art will be bubble wrapped and further wrapped in strong brown postal paper for extra protection.
