Description
As with most of my sculptures this one started with paper and pencil sketching out the basic shapes. Eventually ending with two figures maybe in dance or perhaps conflict. The lower figure remains firmly rooted to the ground, working hard to restrain or maybe to save the upper figure, weightless and effortlessly floating above.
Made from 3mm steel rod welded then coated in a clear lacquer and mounted on a reclaimed hardwood base.
