A Once Familiar Journey * 50 x 50cm * Acrylic

This piece is part of a series called The Geography of Memory. The series explores familiar places that have become softened and abstracted over time leaving only the emotional landmarks behind. Certain marks represent places that anchored my experiences in those places.

The design is continued over each edge of the canvas. The painting is ready to hang. Only top quality acrylic paints have been used - primarily Golden. Finished with matte varnish to protect the piece.
