‘New Tide’ a painting inspired by new beginnings. Nicole created this piece after being particularly captivated by the way the clouds formed above the ocean. She recalled the sky appearing small but the most beautiful part & that’s exactly what Nicole wanted to represent In her painting. The sky played a crucial role, took the longest time to paint yet is the smallest area. Nicole intended for the waves rolling onto the sand to represent a new tide, symbolising new beginnings in everyday real life form.
She aimed to create a ordinary day at the beach with so much beauty once you stop and begin to focus.
