The Big Field Evening is based on a large local field, I am standing at the bottom of the slope looking up towards the sunset . Light from the setting sun sparkles and distorts the horizon into fractured pinkish light, the field is turned an indefinite grayish green in the fading light. The Big Field is presented framed in pale grey with a white inside edge, ready to hang, signed in pencil bottom right signed, titled and dated on the reverse. Shipped carefully packed in a box, enclosed with an artist's certificate. dispatched with a track and trace identity.
