Large Colourful Abstract Flower Painting – Afterglow Field Acrylic

**Afterglow Field – Original Contemporary Floral Painting**

Afterglow Field is a vibrant original floral painting by German artist Edelgard Schroer, celebrating the beauty of delicate blossoms against an expressive, richly coloured abstract background.

A captivating blend of crimson red, vibrant pink, warm orange, coral and deep violet creates a luminous atmosphere reminiscent of the last glowing moments of a summer sunset.

Across this colourful landscape, delicate flowers in soft white, blush pink and touches of fresh green seem to float effortlessly above the surface. Their loose, expressive brushstrokes contrast beautifully with the flowing layers of colour beneath them.

Subtle vertical drips, sweeping brush marks and softly blended transitions give the composition a wonderful sense of movement and depth. The blossoms appear almost weightless, bringing a gentle, romantic quality to the painting without diminishing its bold contemporary character.

The interplay between vibrant colour and delicate floral forms makes Afterglow Field both energetic and harmonious. It is a painting that immediately attracts attention while offering new details to discover with every viewing.

With its generous panoramic format, this original artwork makes a beautiful statement above a sofa, dining table, bed or sideboard. It is particularly suited to contemporary living spaces and interiors where expressive colour and floral elegance are welcome.

The painting is presented in a slim, silver-coloured floating frame, giving the artwork an elegant, contemporary finish.
