The Certainty of Chance Oil

“The Certainty of Chance” is an abstract seascape oil painting 60cm x 90cm (24 x 35.5 inches) on 4cm (1.5 inch) deep canvas.

It’s inspired by dramatic weather and moody skies over the sea in Hastings. The title is from the song by The Divine Comedy.

It's painted in shades of blue with grey, black and white. The paint has a satin sheen and is textured in parts.

The painting continues around the sides of the canvas and it is signed on the back. It is ready to hang and comes with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
