    Description
The ancient harbour village of Bosham, popular with painters and photographers alike. The church is Saxon and is featured on the Bayeux tapestry. 
Harold Godwinsson sailed from here on his ill fated voyage to Normandy. According to legend Cnut tried to turn back the waves here. Certainly he was here, as his daughter is buried in the church
