Description

This painting depicts a very angry and dangerous storm at sea. It is inspired by a storm I witnessed a couple of years ago in South Devon, near Salcombe. There's a sailing boat right in the middle of it.
The use of dark colours combined with the bright, vibrant area where the sun is shining delivers a quite dramatic image.
