Description
This work is part of my series "Phantom Structures: Energy of Light and Color", where the tree reveals itself as a living organism, expressing its presence through light, movement, and inner vibration. The image explores the subtle boundary between the real and the perceived, creating the impression of living matter that moves and shifts right before the viewer. It is an encounter with nature as a primal force, manifesting not through rigid form, but through fluid, continuous energy.
The Creative Process:
My art is born entirely in-camera. Using intentional camera movement (ICM) combined with a delicate multiple exposure technique (layering up to 10-12 frames), form dissolves and gives way to pure energy. Tree crowns transform into luminous structures, leaves become pulses of color, and the sky turns into a space where invisible forces manifest.
A vital element of this piece is the distinctive color work during RAW conversion. I do not artificially paint or alter the scene; instead, I carefully unveil the subtlest, delicate color nuances and shifting layers already captured by the digital sensor.
