Walking back from a late evening walk through the hills of Surrey the Moon rose slowly up above the horizon , The sky had a hint of blue and the Moon was hazy and framed in the trees , I took a photograph and just had to paint the scene back in the studio . I hope you enjoy it too.
This painting is in oils on canvas , painted on all sides and Varnished .
