Mysterious, elemental and ever-changing, weather has fascinated me since childhood. The drama of light and shadow, of wind, water and sky transforming a landscape in a blink of an eye is what I hope to capture in my work.One of my first and most abiding, magical memories, is of seeing the sea for the first time as young boy as we drove over the brow of a hill on a day trip to the Sussex coast. That first sight of the vast sea was pure delight and it has enchanted me ever since.
