Artistic background
Hello, 'Deekstar' here. This is my incognito 'pen name', if you will. I was Born and raised on the west coast of Scotland. Father was a fisherman on the high seas of the north Atlantic, Mother was a telepathic identical twin from Glasgow city centre. My artistic background started at high school creating artwork for school plays and imaginary album covers. After school, I travelled around Europe very young, inspired by the arts, music and culture of each country, eventually working creatively backstage on theatrical sets. This theatrical work eventually led to joining the actors on the stage. I soon became a professional British Equity actor, writer, and producer, now with an extensive career across film, television, theatre, and voiceover. I ended up moving to Hollywood, where screen work included appearances in major international film & TV productions, hence 'incognito'. Acting/storytelling is great fun, but art and music were always the driving force and burning desire. I worked on some very artistic and abstract music videos for some 'Rock Star' friends, great fun with unbounded creativity encouraged. Whilst editing music videos, I always noticed how attractive, inspiring and complete a 'work of art' each single frame of a video would be, so I decided to create a first collection. There are now multiple collections of different themes and subjects, these will be available on here as and when they are finished. Thanks again for viewing.Interests
