Artistic background

I am completely self taught. For the last 2/3 years I have been concentrating on portraits in my own style. I work with oil paints/charcoal. I have my own studio in the bottom of my garden.

Interests

Besides working in my studio, I attend a Life Drawing class, which has been great. I take an interest in Politics - reading and researching. I have a big garden to look after, which takes a lot of my time and energy. I also visit galleries and am a friend of the National Galleries of Scotland.
