Blue Tit Holding On Oil

The blue tit is holding onto the branch with its clawed feet. Blue tits are very pretty birds that I love to watch in my garden. The colours are fun to paint and a bristle brush gives texture to the feathers of the bird. The green background gives the impression of leaves of the tree in which the bird perches.
This painting is on a birch wood panel, and I have left the edges unpainted to show the beauty of the wood. I will ship this piece in a cardboard box.
