Description

This is a portrait painting of a leopard. Leopards are powerful fierce animals and I wanted to capture it's attributes in this painting. I thoroughly enjoyed capturing all of the intricate details in the fur and spots. The vibrant gold background further enhance the colours of the leopard. The painting has been varnished with Liquitex gloss varnish. The edges of the canvas have been painted black; therefore it can be hung on the wall without framing. A certificate of authenticity will be provided with this acrylic painting.
