Southsea Portsmouth Acrylic

This luscious acrylic painting of the seafront was inspired by a photograph I took when we visited Southsea in Portsmouth. It is a beautiful and inspiring location and I wanted to capture it's essence in this painting. I hope when you look at this painting, you can feel the ocean breeze and it's serenity. There is something so soothing looking out at the sea and its vastness, that in that moment, under the sun, there is a sense of complete bliss. The painting has been varnished with Liquitex gloss varnish. The edges of the canvas have been painted black; therefore it can be hung on the wall without framing. A certificate of authenticity will be provided with this canvas painting.
