Description
Coneflowers or echinacea are very pretty daisy-type flowers with petals that lean downwards away from the plump centres of the flowers. They come in many colours and here I have mostly used white, but with one main pinky-red flower to draw the eye of the viewer.
Coneflowers remind me of ballet dancers in their tutus, which is why I have given it the title "Dancing Coneflowers".
This pastel painting is framed behind glass with an oak-effect frame and an off-white mount. The painting is 10.75" high x 6.5" wide, the mount is 2.4" wide and the frame is 0.75" wide.
