Description

This painting depicts a setting sun through autumn trees and reflected in a rocky stream. I used a bright yellow underpainting and allowed the yellow to show through in all areas of the piece to bring compatibility throughout the painting.
I have painted the edges of the canvas white, which can look nice when hanging on the wall, though it could be put into a frame if preferred.
