Description
Mixed media on 400gsm acid-free paper
A woman stands between myth and memory, her body marked by ancient signs. The serpent, drawn from the Dacian Draco, coils across her skin, a guardian of transformation and ancestral strength. A solar symbol radiates near her heart, echoing the Geto-Dacian belief in light and renewal.
Her form is wrapped in embroidered motifs from Oltenia, each thread carrying meanings of fertility, protection, and identity. The portrait becomes both map and memory, a living echo of cultural roots reimagined through contemporary expression.
Created with professional acrylics, gesso, and pencils on heavyweight acid-free paper, this original piece is signed on the front, signed and stamped on the back, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Protected with professional UV fixative. Sold unframed, allowing the collector to select their own frame.
