Mindful Highland Stroll Oil

I have always found a peaceful stroll, away from all the noise and bustle of towns and cities, where life can be so hectic.
The sounds purely of nature, the lapping of water, the rustle of leaves in the trees, and the only other sound being that of the birds singing, help to quieten the mind. I aimed to capture these feelings in this artwork.
I painted this in 2021, at a time when things in my wife's and my lives were becoming a bit of a struggle, as happens to many people.
