Liveliness Acrylic

"Liveliness", mixed media (acrylic and oil pastels) on canvas, 42X42 cm.

A coloured abstraction, where shapes, colours, transparencies and opacities confront each other. Complementary tones and colours of red, pink, grey and white. The painting is made in a nervous and contemporary language. A gestural, expressionistic painting, with a lively expression. The style is lyrical abstraction, whose spontaneity, theatrical, dramatic, written pictoriality are the characteristics.

Please, note that oil pastels never really dry, because it's a lovely medium made with oil and wax. The painting is protected by a special varnish, so, you can touch it and manipulate it, but keep in mind that it just remains fragile to scratches ;-)

This painting will be delivered signed on the front and back, ready to hang, with an invoice and a signed certificate of authenticity.
