Daisy Explosion Oil

I prepared the canvas for Daisy Explosion with a thick gel into which I pressed circle and star shapes. I then under-painted the whole canvas with bright colours before adding the flowers and greenery, and these colours show through where I haven't completely painted over them. This whole process allowed for a very busy scene, or an "explosion", much as one might see in a garden.
The piece is not framed, but I have continued the painting around the edges so it is ready to hang on the wall. I will ship in a cardboard box.
