Description

Highland cows are such gentle creatures I wanted to capture the spirit and the tactile nature of their whole being. This artwork has been created using Winsor and Newton Alykd Oils and Jackson's cotton canvas. The colour has been built up using simple brush strokes, layer upon layer to give create the illusion of texture. The painting has been varnished for protection and arrives ready to hang.
