Description

This painting is inspired by time spent on the Costa Brava. Coming from a northern European country, my heart lights up when the plane lands near the Mediterranean coast. I love the eternal blue skies and the way the heat warms my bones. The smell of pine and eucalyptus nourishes my senses. I feel more alive and more free. I feel nurtured by the landscape and by the warmth of the people.
