Pacific Coast, Sunset in San Juan del Sur Acrylic

Pacific Coast, Sunset in San Juan del Sur is an original painting on linen canvas.

We were walking along the beach for an evening meal in the village (small town?) San Juan del Sur in Nicaragua, as I was gazing at the grandiose sunset in wonder. A few people stood in the shallow water of the bay enjoying the sunset.

Of course in such moments when I need my camera greatly, I don't have it with me. Luckily I could grab my friend's small camera. The photos later, allowed me to remember the calm and peaceful atmosphere of this place and were partially needed as a reference for this painting.

I painted the artwork with professional-grade acrylic paints on primed linen canvas and protected it against air pollution and UV radiation with three coats of varnish. The canvas is professionally stretched, and the painting is ready to be hung on the stretcher bars using a sawtooth bracket, or, if you wish, you can frame it.

The seascape size is 61 x 46 x 1.8 cm.

The sides of the stretched canvas are clean and painted white. You can display the painting with or without a frame.
