I have always been creative and have been drawing and painting for as long as I can remember. With my love of animals and all things art related it was a natural progression to combine the two and forge a career doing what I love the most. I live in a beautiful part of the country very close to the famous River Wye in rural Herefordshire. It is a lovely area and perfect for walking my beloved dogs whilst mulling over my next art project. Drawing has always played an essential part of my artistic journey. The area in which I live inspires me with my animal and wildlife art but I am also fascinated with how the humble graphite pencil can create a beautiful piece of art. I am mainly self-taught although I have attended a few short class art courses over the years. I find my work is always evolving and I enjoy taking myself out of my comfort zone and tackling different subjects as the mood takes me. The commission work that I undertake are of pets and wildlife I have drawn many animals, mainly in pastels and these have been shipped all over the world. My interests and hobbies are many and varied. Art is obviously a passion of mine but I also enjoy spending time with my three adorable dogs , walking and exploring new places. I also enjoy reading, gardening, travel and cooking among other things when time allows.Accepts Commissions?
