Helen Alice has a BA Hons in Visual Art with Art History and an MA in Contemporary Fine Art Practice and was the Saatchi Art Online Curator’s Choice in 2022 and was shortlisted from over 3000 artists worldwide for the VAA International Exhibition and Scholarship Award in 2022.She paints vibrant abstract landscapes, which aim to be celebratory in nature whilst also acknowledging that in order to celebrate our environment, we have a responsibility to care for it too.
Using a variety of media, including peat and other organic matter found in the environment, alongside plastic and gold leaf, Helen’s paintings connect with the landscape within which they were painted.
