Darrington Road, Coloured Pencil Drawing Drawing

I am presenting my new artwork, "Darrington Road", which is a drawing made with coloured pencils. The paper dimensions are 24 x 15.5 cm, while the drawing itself is a little smaller at 21.5 x 15 cm.

The village road is shown winding past stone garden walls, nearby houses, and a line of traditional lampposts under a warm, dusky sky; the gardens are bright with flashes of orange, yellow and green, and the red roofs together with the distant trees give a soft sense of depth.

The strange curve ahead suggests the pleasant surprises that lie just around the corner. This piece of art is a warm and lively touch suitable for use in any hallway, living room, or reading nook.

This little piece is at present without a frame.
