“Sky in Dreams” came from that hushed space between waking and drifting… where the world feels quieter, softer, more spacious. The distant sea rests calmly below, offering just enough grounding, while the sky opens into something more expansive—something felt rather than seen.
There is a sense here of surrender… of allowing the moment to simply be.
Creation & Materials
Painted in acrylic on canvas, this work was built through gentle, intuitive layering. The sky was developed with soft brushwork, allowing colours to merge and dissolve into one another, while delicate highlights of light were lifted and placed to create that inner glow.
