Death Village Celebrations Oil

"Death Village Celebrations" is a smaller oil painting size than I'm used to, I incorporated numerous, ominous figures and zombies within this painting to find. There's a lot of inspiration from gothic architecture and traditional gothic novels such as Dracula. It, in a condensed summary, represents how it feels to exist with a brain full of negativity within a busy city, but finding hope within that and transforming that energy into creativity. It ended up bringing me an immense sense of peace to create this painting, an utter blessing to go on such a minimal scale to work through what felt like overwhelming, massive thoughts, but turned out to be passing emotions.
