Description
Postage Stamp Image
This is the second of a series of canvases depicting Pop Art ladies with retro telephones calling famous artists. Some are humorous; some make a statement concerning the environment or cultural and diverse subjects. Here a young lady enquires why, on viewing her portrait, Pablo Picasso has not created the portrait she expected. In keeping with the other pictures in this series this canvas contains approximately 2000 postage stamps with the addition of acrylic paint to complete the picture.
