These fallow deer are on the alert and about to flee near a friend's cabin in Sormland, Sweden. I have tried to convey the special light quality of a sunny cold winter's day.
Painted on Fabriano Classico 5, 140 lb (HP) watercolour paper using professional watercolour paints.
