Lorna Lancaster ASEA
Artistic backgroundI am an Equine Artist and an Associate Member of the Society of Equestrian Artists. I’m also a qualified tutor and hold a City and Guilds level 4 PTLLS teaching qualification.
My interests in art and design were established in childhood. My father’s profession as an architect and my mother’s talent for oil painting were major influences for me. After leaving school, I qualified as a Window Dresser and continued to paint as a hobby, for many years until it eventually became my career.
I have exhibited and sold in various galleries, art shops and exhibitions. I have sold work online overseas as far afield as the US, Australia and Canada. I have sold many works in online auctions. I have also had work re-sold at at a Fine Art and Collectables Auction house. I was invited to do a tutorial for the Society of All Artist's Paint Magazine, November 2021 issue. I offer demos and workshops.
